1. Responding to and managing any requests you want or any booked service you have made.

i) Promotion of a safe and reliable service: In order to build a reliable environment for you, your travel companion, Travel One Group's business partners and our service partners, we may use personal information for the recognition and prevention of fraudulence and other illegal or undesirable activities. Also, we may use personal information for risk assessment and security purposes, including the authentication of users and bookings. For such purposes, we may have to stop certain reservation or put on hold reservations until we have finished our assessment through a PCI certified third party.

j) Legal purposes: In some cases, we may need to utilize your information to manage and resolve legal disputes, for regulatory investigations and compliance, to enforce the terms of use of Travel One Group online booking service to comply with lawful request from law execution.

Providing your personal data to Travel One Group is voluntary.
